Shopper 1
Question
1 Section/Location: Commute to Ford Field Time: 9:37AM to 10:18AM
Between the alternate routes listed on the Ford Field website and the Lions App suggestions, we were able to avoid traffic and arrived at Brush and Fisher at
10:18AM. Mr. & Mrs. Shopper took I-75 south from M-59 and exited at Mack Ave. They then took the service drive to Winder to Brush and did not encounter any
traffic or construction delays during their commute. These directions from the website were very useful.
2 Section/Location: Lot 5 Staff Name: Greg & Jamall Time: 10:18AM
Security asked to see our parking pass before letting Mr. & Mrs. Shopper cross Fisher. There was only one car in front of them when they got to the gate at lot 5.
Greg asked if Mrs. Shopper if they were tailgating and when they said no, Jamall directed them to a parking spot near the gate. Both Jamall and Greg were
pleasant, helpful, and professional. After arriving at 10:18AM, Mr. & Mrs. Shopper were parked by 10:22AM. As a side note, the vehicle parked ahead of their car
was not pulled up all the way into its spot so Mrs. Shopper was not able to pull up as far as she wanted to into her parking spot.

3 Section/Location: Lot 5 Exit Time: 4:28M to 4:50PM
Mr. & Mrs. Shopper were frustrated by the amount of time they had to wait for the bar to be raised so they could leave Lot 5. They arrived at their car at 4:28PM
and it wasn't until 4:50PM that someone came and raised the bar so cars could exit. Other fans were frustrated too and they observed four large men try to lift the
bar themselves which must have alerted someone to the problem as they raised the bar soon after that. Mr. & Mrs. Shopper were the fourth car out of the lot and
had to wait over 30 minutes to exit. There were a number of cars behind them who had to wait even longer to leave.

Shopper 2
1 Section/Location: One Campus Martius Garage Time: 11:30AM
At One Campus Martius Garage the signage was visible and there was no line when entering the garage to park, most spots were taken and we ended up parking on
the top level.
2 Section/Location: One Campus Martius Garage Time: 11:30AM
There was a few parties that were tailgating on the top level of the parking structure, the parking pass noted "no tailgating", not sure if security was supposed to
address.
3 Section/Location: Exit From the Parking Lot Time: 4:40PM
Exiting Compuware was fast and efficient, there was adequate staff to assist with the parking vouchers. There was a street closure that caused a bit of a delay
getting onto Woodward, it took about 15 minutes.
