Shopper 1
Question
1 Section/Location: Signage
Mr. & Mrs. Shopper noticed the new overhead LED screen signage throughout the concourse areas. The signs were very helpful in navigating their way around the
stadium and were easy to read.
2 Section/Location: Janitor Room 213032 Time: 11:49AM
Mrs. Shopper observed the janitor room 213032 door slightly ajar.
3 Section/Location: Stadium Sound Quality Staff Name: N/A Time: during game
Both Mr. & Mrs. Shopper noticed that the sound quality was improved and was louder. The PA announcer was easy to understand while they were in their seats.
They also felt the overall sound level was louder. The tiger growl could be heard while walking in the concourse area.

4 Section/Location: Section 131
Everything around our seats seemed to be in order. Nothing appeared broken.
Shopper 2
1 Section/Location: Gate F Time: 4:25PM
Pipe leaking/dripping water on the way out of the stadium.
2 Section/Location: Throughout Stadium
It was a bit warm throughout the stadium, noticed by many fans.
3 Section/Location: Throughout Stadium
The condition of the stadium was great, there were no noticeable broken items and all equipment was in working order.
Shopper 3
1 Section/Location: Exit by Gate F Time: 4:26 PM
While we were exiting the stadium by Gate F, there was water coming through the ceiling and dripping on guests and the floor.
2 Section/Location:
The sound quality was great! Mr. Shopper was commenting on how great the speaker system was and how vibrant the sound was.
3 Section/Location: Video Board
The Video Board was very clear and colorful. The replays were very clear.
