1 Section/Location: Ladies room near section 133 Time: 11:21AM
Ladies room near section 133 was busy but clean.
2 Section/Location: Ladies room near 213 Time: 11:49AM
Ladies room near section 213 is a hidden gem. It is always clean and most of the time there is no line whatsoever. Mrs. Shopper overheard two groups of ladies
comment on how clean and quiet this rest room was.
3 Section/Location: Section 107 Staff Name: could not see tag Time: 1:45PM
Mrs. Shopper saw a spill in section 107 that had dustpan blocking it from pedestrian traffic. She then saw a housekeeping person come back with pads for soaking
up the spill. Using the dustpan to keep people from slipping in the spill was a good option until she could get the materials she needed to clean the spill.

Mrs. Shopper observed a fan lose part of her nacho toppings on the ground in section 107. A SAFE team member saw it too and she stood by the spill and directed
guests around the spill until a housekeeping team member could aid her in cleaning up the mess.
5 Section/Location: Ladies Room section 124 Time: 1:23PM
The ladies room near section 124 was spotless just 20 minutes after kickoff! The trash cans had been emptied and had new liners in them. The sinks were clean
and there was no trash or paper towels on the floor. Mrs. Shopper was impressed this had been done so quickly.
6 Section/Location: Smoking area near section 134 Time: 3:36PM
Mrs. Shopper observed two employees sweeping up cigarette butts in the smoking area near section 134.
7 Section/Location: Text Assist Section125 Staff Name: Nancy Time: 3:42PM
Mrs. Shopper used Text Assist to report she had spilled a bottle of water near a trash can and was worried someone might step in it and slip. Four minutes later
Nancy arrived looking for the spill and could not find it. Mrs. Shopper showed Nancy the spill. Nancy did not have anything with her to clean up a spill and left. Mrs.
Shopper then went to the ladies room and when she left she saw the spill was being taken care of at 3:54PM. If Nancy had brought pads with her to clean the spill
when she first arrived it would have been taken care of sooner.
