Supervisor Comments
1 Section/Location: 114 Women's Restroom Time: 11:15AM
The women's restroom near Section 114 was very clean with everything stocked and ready for the day.
2 Section/Location: 112 bottom of stairs Staff Name: Michael Time: 12:18PM
Ms. Shopper observed a fan who approached Michael to ask a question. Michael was sweeping the area. The fan asked where he could purchase some peanuts.
Michael directed the fan down the concourse. He seemed to know the stadium well and was happy to help the fan.
RECOMMENDATIONS
1) The cleanliness in both the restrooms and concourse throughout the game was better than expected. I would recommend keeping the staffing
levels as is to keep up with the demand.
2) It was great that Housekeeping had a proactive response to the spill and a staff member available to caution fans, I would recommend continuing
with that policy.
3) Although there was food spilled and a little mess in the bathrooms at any given time, employees always seemed to be right there cleaning
everything up. Very impressive.
4) I would recommend that the Jan King employees spray an air freshener to make the bathrooms smell nice.
