Question RECOMMENDATIONS
1) The Guest Service stands were visible and always staffed throughout the games, there were fans at most of the stands and I would recommend
increasing staffing levels, but not reducing them in order to keep up with all of the requests.
2) I am not sure why the Guest Service Desk at Gate B was not able to help with seat relocation, as that was not explained to me. To make it easy on
the customer, it would be nice if this request could be handled anywhere. If not, the employee could explain why they are not able to assist.
3) All staff members were able to guide me in the right direction of what I was looking for, which is wonderful!
4) I felt that the desks are too cluttered with papers. Fans seem to always be pushing the piles around.
