Question
1 Section/Location: Section 100 Staff Name: Scott Time: 1:00PM
Ms. Shopper witnessed Scott the Usher in Section 100. He was extremely enthusiastic and friendly. He checked EVERYBODYS ticket who wanted to come down.
2 Section/Location: Section 235 Staff Name: Clarence Time: 12:45PM
As we walked by Clarence he said, " welcome ladies, here's a program for the game. Please enjoy yourselves." He was so nice.
3 Section/Location: Section 113 Staff Name: Nancy Time: 2:12PM
Nancy was in the process of removing people from standing in her section. This section happens to be on a corner, therefore its pretty open. She was politely telling
them that they couldn’t stand there.
Supervisor
1 Section/Location: Section 319 Staff Name: Kareem Time: 12:36PM
As we approached section 319, Kareem was there to assist us in finding our seats. She gave us detailed instructions on which side to use to find our seats. Even
though she had the Roster Cards in hand, we did not receive one. Ms. Shopper felt she was so concerned for us to find our seats she forgot.
RECOMMENDATIONS
1) Make sure there is an usher present in every section, throughout the game. Have supervisors walking around making sure that their employees are
where they are supposed to be.
2) Sometimes there is so much going on a single usher can not control everyone going in and out of their section. It might be helpful to have two
ushers or an usher and a SAFE team member at peak times like the start of the game and after half time.
