Mr. Shopper asked Joyce for directions to the nearest Smoking area. Joyce was friendly and helpful telling him the section and also which gate it was near.

Mrs. Shopper asked Jesse the best way to get down to level 1 to get to the Stadium Retail store. He stepped out into the concourse to point out the stair case to
take. He was very polite and friendly.

Shortly after two fans next to Mr. & Mrs. Shopper left the game in the fourth quarter, two women snuck in behind Joyce the usher and took their seats. Joyce did
not ask them to leave and they stayed In those seats until the end of the game.

1 Section/Location: Huddle Hall pass Gate A Staff Name: Cecelia Time: 11:48AM
Ms. Shopper noticed this area and tried to proceed. Cecelia was there assisting guests and keeping the area safe.
2 Section/Location: Section 132 Staff Name: John Time: 1:05PM
John directed Ms. Shopper to the First Aid Area. He left his post to assist he and show the way. He was super friendly and offered a willingness to help.

3 Section/Location: Section 222 Staff Name: Sharon Time: 1:15PM
Sharon helped direct us to our seats. She pointed out which entrance would best get us to our seats. She was very helpful.

4 Section/Location: Section 321 Staff Name: Talonda Time: 1:38PM
Talonda was blocking off a spill so that fans would not slip. She was being very proactive while she said housekeeping was coming to assist her.
