Ms. Shopper approached the Flash Seat Resolution Table. There were three individuals ready to assist fans. Ms. Shopper asked if she could retrieve a ticket she
sent to someone who could not come to the game today. Erika asked for my email and started to pull up my information. When I gave the incorrect email she
asked if she could see my phone to see if she could see the email address. Ms. Shopper stated she needed to make sure the other individual could come on short
notice. Ms. Shopper reconfirmed that she could retrieve the ticket and send it to another and the answer was "yes".
2 Section/Location: Gate B - Flash Seat Resolution Table Time: 11:21AM
A fan approached the Flash Seat Resolution Table and the gentleman in the center offered his assistance to the fan. The fan was trying to enter the Miller Lite Tap
Room with his Flash Seat app. There was some confusion, but the Flash Seat attendant, looked on the account and proceeded to resolve the issue. The fan walked
away pleased with the outcome. The issue was resolved.
3 Section/Location: 115 Quick Lane Bowl Table Staff Name: no one Time: 1:24PM
Ms. Shopper passed the Quick Lane Bowl table and no one was there. The table was folded on the floor which to Ms. Shopper appeared that no one had been
there.
4 Section/Location: Gate G - Ticket window Staff Name: Zack Time: 3:00PM
Ms. Shopper approached the Gate G ticket window. There were two older gentleman at the window at the time. Zach at the ticket window was assisting them as
they were trying to acquire tickets for the Lions vs Bears game on Dec 16th. Zach offered them section 118 row 20 for $110 each. The customer proceeded with
the purchase and seemed very pleased. Ms. Shopper overheard Zach restate the order before he processed the payment.
RECOMMENDATIONS
1) The Flash Seat app is a convenient way to transfer tickets if you can get it to work. I'm not sure if it was tricky to use because of the app itself or
because of the WI-FI in the building and surrounding area.
2) It was a little difficult to find the Gate G ticket office. Might want to add it to the new video screens in the area so people can find it easier.
