Ms. Shopper was connected to the stadium WI-FI, but she could not get the Flash Seats app to load my tickets, so Craig brought us over to the Flash Seat Resolution
Table to look up our tickets for us at the Flash Seat Help Desk.
2 Section/Location: Gate B Staff Name: Erika Time: 11:14AM
There was no wait at the Flash Seat Resolution Table. Erika was very nice and helpful. She assured us that it wouldn't be a problem to find our tickets and get them
printed. She was able to print them for us in less than one minute. As we were a little nervous, she calmly assisted us.
3 Section/Location: Section 112 - Table Staff Name: Greg Time: 12:12PM
Ms. Shopper asked Greg for information regarding season tickets for next year. He was very polite and not only gave me that information, he encouraged me to
consider season tickets for the remainder of this season at a prorated rate. He also gave Ms. Shopper a business card and asked me to call him with any future
questions I might have.
Shopper 2
1 Section/Location: fordfield.com Time: 2 days prior to game
Ms. Shopper was curious to see what tickets were available on line. Tickets on the fordfield.com site were offering standing room only. Ms. Shopper was pleased
to see the game was nearly sold out.
2 Section/Location: Stub Hub Time: 2 days prior to game
Ms. Shopper decided to see what was available on Stub Hub. Stub Hub was offering lowest price at $64.95 for Section 347 row 14 and then the Best Value was
Section 125 for $150. As tickets were available there were not many options.
3 Section/Location: Ticket Office Gate G Lower Level Staff Name: Zach Time: 11:58AM
Mrs. Shopper asked to be relocated to something closer to Gate G and with minimum stairs because her knee hurt. Zach listened politely, took her tickets which
were over in section 337 on the other side of the field and up a flight of stairs. He said it might take a minute but he would find new seats for Mr. & Mrs. Shopper
and asked her to fill out a form while he looked into it. Zach was able to get two tickets in section 119 ADA area. He apologized he could not get seats closer to
Gate G but Mrs. Shopper was thrilled she did not have to walk too far and did not have to deal with any stairs. When the transaction was complete, Zach told them
to enjoy the game. He was a very good representative for Ford Field and did a good job of making Mrs. Shopper feel like a valued fan. Overall it took 10 minutes to
get their seat reassigned.
