Question
The line for the Kids Touchdown Run was not as organized as it has been in the past. One line was directed down one stairway and another line was directed down
another. When Ms. Shopper approached the area where the two lines met and questioned the situation, Craig with Security stated there was a communication
error and apologized. He was making sure though that when the two lines met, fans were merging together in an orderly fashion. Fans were following the
directions and didn't seem upset. They were excited for the opportunity to go on the field with their child. While approaching the field it didn't appear that anyone
was checking for the stamp and if we had the waiver. It was only checked while we were in line on the concourse.

At the entrance to the garage on Montcalm, there was a transient person asking for money. Ms. Shopper decided to go through the main entrance on Brush to
avoid this person.
RECOMMENDATIONS
1) I would suggest that security look more closely at what guests are bringing into the stadium. It was very easy for me to walk in with my keys in my
pocket and a grocery bag with food in it.
2) There was a notable increased presence of SAFE and Security Team members as well as State Troopers and Police. Mrs. Shopper was wondering
what going on that there were so many there. Mr. Shopper thought it might be in response the recent Las Vegas events or maybe due to the
anticipated Black Lives Matter protest. Whatever the cause, it made Mrs. Shopper a little uneasy to see the increased security level. If fans had not
been to previous games, they would not notice the increase and probably felt very safe!
