Christine from SAFE was very welcoming and friendly when we arrived for the pregame activities in Pride Plaza.
2 Section/Location: Pride Plaza Staff Name: Kevin Time: 10:30AM
Kevin gave us clear directions to Gate A during the pregame activities. He was very helpful and aware of his location.
3 Section/Location: Pride Plaza Staff Name: Darnisha Time: 10:38AM
Darnisha was very helpful when I asked her what I could do with my large grocery bag that I brought. She directed me to the bag truck. She had a pleasant attitude.

4 Section/Location: Gate B Staff Name: Devin Time: 11:11AM
There was no line to enter the stadium at Gate B. I was able to sneak my keys in my pocket through the metal detectors without anything going off. I also took in my
big grocery bag with pretzels in it. Devin did alert me that I left my phone behind at the metal detector. I was grateful for that.

5 Section/Location: Gate A Time: 4:35PM
There were several SAFE staff members watching the fans as they departed the stadium. I overheard some of them say, have a good day. Many were just watching.
Everyone was just leaving.
Shopper 2
1 Section/Location: North End of Pride Plaza - Gate B Staff Name: Sonia Time: 10:37AM
Sonia stopped Mrs. Shopper before she entered Pride Plaza because she had a reusable cloth bag. She told her she could not bring that bag into the stadium. When
Mrs. Shopper asked why, Sonia explained the clear bag policy and described what size containers and bags were allowed. She was friendly and polite and suggested
Mrs. Shopper could return the bag to her vehicle or check the bag until after the game.
2 Section/Location: Pride Plaza North Entrance Staff Name: did not get name Time: 10:41AM
A man with a huge sign tried to enter Pride Plaza and a SAFE team member tried to stop him but the man kept walking. The SAFE team member told Sonia he was
going after him and kept on his tail until he came to two troopers who stopped him. (see picture)
3 Section/Location: Pride Plaza outside Gate A Staff Name: Christina Time: 11:04AM
Both Mr. & Mrs. Shopper noticed an increase in the number of SAFE and Security team members compared to the Falcons game. Mr. Shopper observed Christina
(blue blazer) training other team members on what to say and look for.
