Security / SAFE Inspection
4 Section/Location: Gate D Staff Name: Tashia Time: 11:13AM
Question
Tashia caught Mrs. Shopper's unopened water bottle in her bag and explained she couldn't bring it into the stadium. She did not see the water bottle Mrs. Shopper
had in her pocket.
5 Section/Location: Escalator near Gate A Staff Name: Zahria Time: 11:28AM
Zahria (blue shirt) was stationed at the base of the escalator and was controlling traffic in that area. She was welcoming people to Ford Field, was cheerful and
friendly, and made a good first impression of Ford Field.
6 Section/Location: Smoking Area near section 326 Time: 2:15PM
Mr. Shopper observed the smoking area near section 326 during half time. There were more than 40 people in the area and there were two security personnel
standing near the doors keeping smokers from getting too close to the entrance. Mr. Shopper assumed that was to keep the smoke outside of the stadium. He also
observed 50/50 tickets being sold in the smoking area.
7 Section/Location: Text Assist Time: 3:40PM
Mrs. Shopper used text assist to report a fan who had probably had a little too much to drink and was taunting the Carolina fans in our section. The fans were good
natured about it, but he kept getting louder and she didn't want it to get any worse. She received a confirmation that her text had been received and at 3:46PM she
saw two gentlemen in dark blue shirts enter area and stand in the back near the fan she had described. He had quieted down some, but they stayed and watched
him for another 5 minutes or so. She received a text thanking her and said they were monitoring the situation. She thought they handled it well and was glad to see
a prompt response to her concern.
8 Section/Location: Elevator near Gate G Staff Name: Bernice Time: 4:18PM
Mr. & Mrs. Shopper took the elevator to the second floor on their way to the post game show since the escalators were both coming downstairs. Bernice was
cheerful and thanked them for coming to Ford Field and told them to have a safe rest of the day. It was nice of her talk with them during the short elevator ride.
