Question
1 Section/Location: Tiger's Lion's Garage Staff Name: Tyree Time: 10:06AM
There was only one car ahead of us as we pulled into the Tiger's Lion's Garage. Tyree welcomed us with a smile and asked for our pass. He was very pleasant. There
were several staff members there to help with directing traffic.
2 Section/Location: On Brush and Montcalm Time: 10:12AM
Ms. Shopper came out of the parking garage with a blue bag on her shoulder. The SAFE member stopped Ms. Shopper right away and stated she would not be able
to take her bag into the stadium. She gave Ms. Shopper a small clear bag and a flier stating what could and could not be brought into the stadium. She was so polite
and kind. As Ms. Shopper walked around Pride Plaza from 10:12AM with her bag until 11:06AM, no one else informed her of the bag policy.
3 Section/Location: End of Zip Line Staff Name: Veronica Time: 10:35AM
Veronica was watching the area and those participating on the Zip Line. She was positioned in the street. When she saw two young men with their own beer cans in
hand, she swiftly walked across the zip line toward them to inform them that they could not bring the beer any further. One quickly drank his and other dumped the
rest. They both obeyed the rule.
4 Section/Location: On Brush and Montcalm Staff Name: Peter Time: 11:06AM
Peter was standing on the corner of Brush and Montcalm watching fans. Ms. Shopper approached him to ask if she could place her bag in the truck that was right
next to him. He kindly stated that the bag truck was located near Gate A. He stated this truck was to help inform fans of the policy. He was apologetic that Ms.
Shopper would have to walk back.
5 Section/Location: Gate C Staff Name: William Time: 11:15AM
Fans were starting to enter at Gate C. They were walking through the rope stanchions, there was no line. All the SAFE members were ready to help fans enter the
stadium. Few were waving fans their way, so they could assist. Ms. Shopper approached the metal detector. She placed her phone and small coin purse in the tray
and walked through the detector. William, stated, "enjoy the game" as Ms. Shopper proceeded to the door.
