As we were walking past, we asked Takeera about the size of bags you could bring into the stadium. She took the time to point out the size of the basket that a
purse should fit in. She was super friendly and helpful.
2 Section/Location: Pride Plaza Handicap Accessible Staff Name: Levei Time: 11:10AM
As we were walking past, we witnessed Levei rudely telling people to move out of the way of the handicapped entrance. He was short and abrupt with fans. I felt
he could have been more polite.
3 Section/Location: SAFE on the field Time: 4:00PM
Ms. Shopper noticed many SAFE members on the field. It seemed to be several. Ms. Shopper noticed they were watching the field and the fans.

Shopper 4
1 Section/Location: Pride Plaza near Gate A Staff Name: Sonya Time: 11:20AM
Sonya was stationed at the entrance of Pride Plaza. Ms. asked her if they had a band-aid outside. She told Ms. Shopper that she would have to go to Guest Services
inside of Gate A. She was very pleasant in her delivery, but was unaware of the EMT's who had band-aids.
2 Section/Location: Gate A Staff Name: Edwin and Deferell Time: 11:23AM
Edwin and Deferell greeted us as we walked through the detectors and told us to enjoy ourselves. They were very welcoming to the stadium.

3 Section/Location: Section 127 Time: 4:25PM
Ms. Shopper noticed security helping with those who seemed to be lining up for the Kids Touchdown Run. They were making sure the fans were departing the
stadium in a reasonable fashion and assisting with those who were lining up the Touchdown run. It seemed like they were communicating with other staff
members over their earpieces.
