         While Mrs. Shopper was getting their tickets relocated, Mr. Shopper observed an interaction between a fan and Lisa, a supervisor in guest services.  It appeared the
         man's seats had been double bought and Lisa was working with him to get the problem resolved.  She was polite, helpful and gave the guest her email address for
         future follow-up.  She handled the situation in a professional manner and the guest seemed pleased with the resolution to his seating problem.

         Ms. Shopper went to the Detroit Lions App to see if tickets were available for the game.  Only standing room tickets were available and they were for sale.

         As Ms. Shopper and her son were getting ready to enter the stadium, she opened the Flash Seats App.  The App opened, but I couldn't find the scan code.  Antonio
         asked for the phone and showed her how to pull it up.

         Ms. Shopper observed Eric assisting an older couple with a question.  He was extremely friendly and they seemed satisfied as they walked away from the window.

         Ms. Shopper witnessed a gentleman walking away from Chris' window.  He commented "That was easy" to his "wife" in regards to his transaction.

         Ms. Shopper's friend went and inquired about a suite rental for a future game. He offered a lot of information.  He handed her his card, explained how the food
         (buffet) was included until a certain time, but then you need to purchase the alcohol separately.  He also said how the sizes vary in the suites.  He again was very
         informative.

         Eric told us there was standing room and club level seating available for Sunday (day of the game). He was very thorough and willing to help.

         3                Section/Location: Outside Gate A                              Staff  Name: Helen                       Time: 11:24AM
         We only waited in line for about a minute outside for the ticket window. Helen said. "can I help you?"  She was smiling and asked for my ID when I stated my tickets
         she be here. She handed us our tickets and told us to enjoy the game.  The service was very efficient.
