Shopper 1

1 Section/Location: Section 217 Staff Name: Sheryl Time: 11:41AM
Sheryl was very happy and friendly as Ms. Shopper walked by her section. She was saying hi to the fans and pointing them in the right direction. She was also
stating, "enjoy the game."
2 Section/Location: Section 235 Time: 11:55AM
Ms. Shopper didn't see an usher for her section when they arrived at their seats. We had to locate our seats ourselves.
3 Section/Location: Section 235 Time: 12:45PM
Again, no usher was present when we arrived back to our seats. Ms. Shopper also did not receive a free roster card because there was no one around.

4 Section/Location: Section 100 Time: 3:17PM
We went to visit our friends in section 100, and again, there was no usher present in this section either. We did not go down to the seats we met them at the top.

Shopper 2
1 Section/Location: Section 132 Staff Name: John Time: 11:22AM
Mr. Shopper was able to walk down to the field level in Section 132 and take pictures without showing a ticket.
2 Section/Location: Section 132 Staff Name: John Time: 11:24AM
John the usher in section 132 was handing out roster cards. There was no line to get a card.
3 Section/Location: Section 315 Staff Name: Ronald Time: 11:52AM
Mrs. Shopper observed Ronald handing out roster cards to passers by as well as fans going to their seats. He also gave cards to those in the Standing Room Only
zone.
4 Section/Location: Section 119 ADA Staff Name: Joyce Time: 12:45PM
Joyce offered Mr. & Mrs. Shopper a roster card and walked them to their seats. There was someone sitting in Mrs. Shopper's seat and she waited for Joyce to ask
him to move. When Joyce did not intercede, Mrs. Shopper had to ask the gentleman to move which he did with no problems. Mrs. Shopper felt this was something
the usher should have done.
