5 Section/Location: Ladies Room Section 226 Time: 2:22PM
Question
Mrs. Shopper used ladies room near Section 226 prior to half time. There were a few paper towels on the sinks and some trash on floor near the trash cans. Cans
were about half full.

6 Section/Location: Men's Room Section 326 Time: 2:25PM
Mr. Shopper waited 4 minutes in line during half time. Garbage can half full but bathroom still pretty clean.

7 Section/Location: Ladies Room Section 102 Staff Name: Francis Time: 3:24PM
All stalls on the right hand side had water on the floor around the toilets. Francis was trying to keep up with the mess and was using pads on the floor to soak up the
water. It looked like either the paper towel dispenser wasn't working or Francis was in the process of changing the towel in it as it was on the sink empty. The trash
can had been emptied and had a new liner.
8 Section/Location: Ladies Room near 213132 janitor Time: 4:25PM
After the game, Mrs. Shopper used the restroom near janitor closet 213132. Trash can was overflowing with paper towel. Stalls were clean. The counter was clean
but there was a lot of water on the counters around the sinks.
9 Section/Location: Men's Room near 213132 janitor Time: 4:28PM
After the game, Mr. Shopper used the rest room near janitor closet 213132. Waited in line 6 minutes. Trash can was overflowing with paper towel, but floor was
clean.
10 Section/Location: Pride Plaza / Brush Street Time: 4:48PM
Mr. & Mrs. Shopper saw bags of trash in the Pride Plaza area on Brush Street about halfway between Gate A and Gate B.

1 Section/Location: Pride Plaza Staff Name: Fred Time: 11:00AM
Fred was walking around with a broom and dustpan cleaning up any trash he saw on the street. He was smiling and seemed like he enjoyed being in the
atmosphere.
2 Section/Location: Pride Plaza Time: 11:15AM
The port-o-potties were very clean outside in the Pride Plaza area.
3 Section/Location: Men's Restroom Section 102 Time: 12:20PM
Ms. Shopper's teenage son went into the men's restroom at Section 102. He went into only one stall. The trash was overflowing, he stated that it was very messy
and packed. There was a broken paper towel holder and there was "liquid" on the floor.
