Question
1 Section/Location: Section 123 - Condiment stand Staff Name: Briana Time: 12:20PM
Ms. Shopper approached the condiment stand in the middle of the concourse. There was mustard on the table and a spill on the floor. Briana was wiping up the
mess. She then noticed the spill on the floor and cautioned a woman who was about to step in it. Besides the napkins from the condiment counter, she didn't have
anything else to wipe up the mess.
2 Section/Location: Concourse from Section 112 to Gate A Time: 4:40PM
After participating in the touchdown run, the Concourse from Section 112 to Gate A was clean. It was nice to see the area without any trash on the floor or trash
bags piled in the hallways.
3 Section/Location: Outside the stadium Time: 4:50PM
Ms. Shopper departed the stadium from Gate A and walked on Brush to Montcalm Street. The street was pretty clean, a few random things, but all in all was clean.
RECOMMENDATIONS
1) The restrooms and stadium looked great at the start of the game but the restrooms seemed to get messy pretty quickly. It is recommended that
housekeeping is more present and keep up with the restrooms as the game moves along.
2) Perhaps the housekeeping attendants could carry wipes with them to clean up spills on the condiment counters instead of using the napkins.
3) I recommend the housekeeping attendants wear an apron with pockets. Carrying with them a spill pad, gloves, wipes, etc. Then they will be ready
to clean spills, condiment counters, etc.
