Someone had spilled liquid on the floor, Talonda stood blocking off the spill until someone could come and clean it up. I felt she was taking a proactive approach for
others to be careful.

The bathroom was very clean. There was no employee present at the time.

The women's bathroom was clean. There was a Jan King employee emptying the trash.

No Jan King members in there but the bathroom was clean.
4 Section/Location: Section 122 Concourse Time: 1:22PM
Ms. Shopper saw two Jan King employees walking the concourse with brooms and dustpans.

Ms. Shopper used text assist to call in a large cheese spill on the concourse. I texted it at 1:28PM. They replied that they had received the message at 1:30PM, and a
Jan King employees was there at 1:33PM. I felt this was very responsive.
