1 Section/Location: Stadium Temperature Time: 3:15PM
The temperature in the stadium was comfortable. The temperature outside was in the mid 70's. Again, the temperature inside the stadium was comfortable
throughout the game.
2 Section/Location: Lights and sound Time: 4:00PM
The lights and sound during the game were good. Ms. Shopper could clearly hear everything, even over the roar of the crowd.
3 Section/Location: Section 223
Everything that Ms. Shopper observed in Section 223 was in good order. There were no broken items to be seen.
Shopper 4
1 Section/Location: Gate A Time: 11:20AM
Ms. Shopper and friend were walking when all of a sudden she tripped on something. We looked down to see a 2 inch high plastic cover. The cover was supposed
to cover up a cord and be taped to the ground. As we went to report it, we saw two other people trip as well. They went to Guest Services to report the issue.

2 Section/Location: TV Screens outside Gate A
The large monitor outside Gate A flashed several messages for fans. The message for fans to enter through additional gates on the side of the building seemed to
be useful information.
3 Section/Location: Stadium Vision Time: 2:55PM
While watching the game on the stadium vision screens, there seems to be too much space on the top and bottom compared to the actual area to view the game.

4 Section/Location: TV Screens throughout stadium
The directional TV screens are very noticeable and easy to read. They were very helpful and we noticed other fans using them to find their way around the
stadium.
