1 Section/Location: Adirondack Chair wall frame Time: 12:10PM
There was an open picture frame where the Adirondack chair was located. See picture.
2 Section/Location: Women's Restroom Section 140 Time: 12:13PM
Miss Shopper went into the restroom to find their was no lock on the stall.

3 Section/Location: Near Gate B - above drinking fountain Time: 12:21PM
The picture frame is empty above the drinking fountain near Gate B. See photo for details.
4 Section/Location: Section 319 - Stairs Time: 12:40PM
As Ms. Shopper sat in her seat, she noticed the blue non-slip strip on several stairs was missing. On some stairs it is the entire strip, on some it is only a small
section.
5 Section/Location: Section 319 Time: 12:45PM
As Ms. Shopper sat in her seat she could not hear what was being displayed on the Video Board. The pregame hype video could not be heard or the player
introductions. She then opted to use the text assist feature at 1:16PM and had a response within 1 minute. Sometime after 1:40PM it was fixed.

6 Section/Location: Women's Restroom Section 112 Time: 2:15PM
Women's restroom lock was broken, door could not be secured on one of the stall's.
RECOMMENDATIONS

1) Maintenance men and women were not very visible but the two that I did see were able to point me in the right direction to a section I was looking
for.
2) Recommend reviewing man hole covers and lighting access covers along Brush Street sidewalks and raise any that are lower in areas to eliminate
potential tripping hazards.
3) Consider relocating the permanent seats in the ADA section so there is more legroom for fans who have trouble bending their knee.
4) Replace the non-skid strips on the stairs where missing.
