Question
1 Section/Location: Campus Martius parking garage Time: 10:19AM
The parking garage was very clean and well lit and the signage was easy to follow. The ladies working the gate were very friendly, but I was unable to get their
names.
2 Section/Location: shuttle outside the parking garage Time: 10:34AM
The shuttle was waiting right outside the door of the garage. The driver was polite but I was unable to see his name tag or strike up a conversation and ask him. The
shuttle was crowded with employees but it dropped us off at the corner of Adams and John R within 5 minutes. It was very efficient.
3 Section/Location: Campus Martius parking garage Time: 4:16PM
We waited at the corner of Adams and John R for the shuttle to take us back to the parking garage. After waiting for 5 minutes, we decided to walk back. It took us
10 minutes and we felt perfectly safe on the route that we took down John R to Farmer Street. When we arrived at the garage, we noticed the shuttles parked there.
Shopper 2
1 Section/Location: fordfield.com Time: pregame
Mr. Shopper referred to fordfield.com for directions to Ford Field before leaving home. Thought directions were well done and easy to follow. Construction did not
affect the drive down to the field. Mr. Shopper saw two large directional signs - one near Brush and Winder and one near Brush and Montcalm which were helpful in
confirming which direction to go. Mr. & Mrs. Shopper were coming from I -75 heading south towards stadium.
2 Section/Location: Vehicle Inspection Staff Name: Adrian Time: 10:25AM
Adrian was in charge of Mr. & Mrs. Shopper's vehicle inspection. He did a great job explaining what he and his team were doing, put the red paper with the X on it
on the dash and told them to have a nice day and enjoy the game and thanked them for waiting during the inspection. Very polite and quickly did his job.
3 Section/Location: Lot 4 Gate Staff Name: Cherri Time: 10:28AM
Mrs. Shopper could not get her flash pass to come up on her phone. Cherri told her not to worry and was able to look up her parking pass from a hard copy list. She
was polite and friendly and told Mr. & Mrs. Shopper to enjoy the game. Cherri turned a situation that was a little stressful to Mrs. Shopper into a non-event. She
appreciated how Cherri took care of everything with a smile and told her not to worry.
