Parking

4 Section/Location: Lot 4 to I-75 Time: 4:50PM
Question
Mr. & Mrs. Shopper had stayed for the post game show at The Blitz, so when they arrived at their car there were only 30 or so cars left in the lot and a couple of
tailgaters. There were 9 cars in front of them ready to leave and there were two people directing traffic which helped a lot in getting out of the lot quickly. They
were out of the lot in 5 minutes and traffic kept moving on Brush street until they hit Wilkins. There were no troopers directing traffic on Brush like there were at
the previous games. It took from 4:58PM to 5:09PM to get from Wilkins to Mack. There was a trooper at Mack, but he was watching from his car and not directing
traffic. Mr. & Mrs. Shopper got to Mack and the I-75 service drive at 5:18PM where they finally saw two troopers directing traffic. By 5:22PM they were entering I75
north which was slow until they got past the I-94 exit. In total it was 32 minutes from lot 4 to I-75.

Shopper 3
1 Section/Location: I-94 East Time: 10:00AM
The traffic flowed well on I-94 east towards the stadium. There were no backups.
2 Section/Location: Tigers Parking Garage Staff Name: Sharon Time: 10:15AM
Sharon was the entrance attendant. She was super friendly and helpful. She politely asked for the Parking Pass and took the part she needed and assisted gave us
the other portion to hand on our mirror. It was a very efficient process.
3 Section/Location: Tigers Parking Garage Time: 10:15AM
Ms. Shopper felt the signage was a little difficult to find to know where you are parked.
4 Section/Location: Tigers Parking Garage Time: 4:30PM
Exiting the Garage took a several minutes, but everyone was exiting in an orderly fashion. It took about 15 minutes to exit the garage.

Shopper 4
1 Section/Location: One Campus Martius Garage Staff Name: Franklin Time: 10:15AM
Franklin approached my car on Farmer as I was waiting to enter the garage. He said, "good morning" and instructed me to tear off part of my parking pass. We
swapped papers and he explained to me that I needed to scan the ticket if the arm was not up when exiting for the day. He also stated, "enjoy the game."

2 Section/Location: One Campus Martius Garage Time: 10:17AM
The shuttle was very efficient and we arrived quickly at the stadium. The service was great.
3 Section/Location: One Campus Martius Garage Staff Name: couldn’t see her name Time: 4:35PM
As I exited the parking garage the female parking attendant stated, "thanks for coming."
