Shawanda greeted Ms. Shopper when she entered the kiosk area and told me to enjoy the game when she left.

Mel at the kiosk was very helpful and knowledgeable about the items he was selling. He seemed to enjoy the interactions with the fans, encouraging but not forcing
items to purchase.

Carol was very friendly and asked if there was anything she could help me find. She let Ms. Shopper look at the items, but did not pressure her into purchasing any
items.
4 Section/Location: The Stadium Collection Time: 12:09PM
We wanted to check out the store, but the line was extremely long. Ms. Shopper overheard multiple guests complaining about the length of the line and one stated
that they would rather shop for Lions merchandise online than waste their time waiting in line.
Shopper 2
1 Section/Location: The Stadium Collection Time: 2:54PM
Mrs. Shopper got in line outside the Gate A Stadium Retail store at 2:54PM just as the third quarter was starting. There were 54 people in line ahead of her and she
made it into the store by 2:59PM. She felt the line moved quickly.

Mrs. Shopper observed two fans looking at the Live Radio. They were displayed above some jerseys, but there was no sign to indicate what they were or how they
could be used. Mrs. Shopper told them about it and that Mr. Shopper really liked it. She continued to tell the fans he purchased the Live Radio 2 seasons ago and it
still works. They ended up purchasing one.
3 Section/Location: The Stadium Collection Time: 3:11PM
Mrs. Shopper was excited to find Lions Ladies Clothing in plus sizes! She had not noticed it before, but this time she saw a sign that said 'Ladies Plus' and there were
four to six shirts in 3X and 4X sizes to choose from. It was refreshing to find larger sizes that were generously cut.
