Question
Mrs. Shopper entered the purchasing queue at 3:18PM with 7 people ahead of her. There were 6 cashiers available and she was being helped in just a couple of
minutes. Akyl was polite and rang up her purchase after asking if she found everything she needed. He did not point out the game day pin, try to sell it, or try any
other up selling. When her purchase was complete he told her to enjoy the game. She was out the store and on her way to her seat by 3:25PM.

5 Section/Location: The Stadium Collection Time: 3:05PM
Mrs. Shopper noticed the old Lions logo with the black outline on a number of ball caps. There were many caps with the new logo with the white outline available.
She also saw it on the clear drawstring bag. The other clear bag had the new logo.

1 Section/Location: The Stadium Collection Time: 12:00PM
At The Stadium Collection in Section 102 a young African-American female with her hair in a bob and about 5'4" was directing the line for those wanting to enter the
store. She was friendly and keeping the line organized as there were many fans wanting to enter. I felt she was maintaining control of the fans.

2 Section/Location: The Stadium Collection Time: 12:10PM
The lines were super long at The Stadium collection. Ms. Shopper observed people complaining about the lines. The lines were slow, but moved in an orderly
fashion. Inside, was packed with customers and it was rather overwhelming. Ms. Shopper liked the variety of merchandise, but the crowd had her wanting to leave
rather than stay and shop. The quality and selection of merchandise was good, but it was warm with all the people. I rushed to leave rather than staying to browse.

3 Section/Location: Kiosk Section 118 Staff Name: Dionna Time: 12:22PM
Ms. Shopper inquired about one of the clear purses hanging in the display. Dionna was very friendly and helpful, she answered Ms. Shopper's question about the
price, but did not force the sale.
4 Section/Location: Kiosk Section 129 Staff Name: Willie Time: 12:32PM
Ms. Shopper was showing her son the Matthew Stafford Bobblehead, Willie came over to us and joined in our conversation. He was super friendly and funny. He
was not overly pushy, and he was quite knowledgeable about the merchandise. We joked around for a minute or two, and I walked away laughing.
