Question
1 Section/Location: Pride Plaza Staff Name: Shae Time: 11:20AM
Shae had to be very loud because there was a DJ right next to the truck). This didn't stop her, she smiled the whole time and allowed fans to try on shirts for sizing.
2 Section/Location: The Stadium Collection Time: 11:45AM
The retail stand had a VERY long line, however once they let more people in it moved quickly. I felt even though the line was long, fans were able to move in quickly.
3 Section/Location: Kiosk Section 232 Time: 12:42PM
The ladies working were having a blast. They didn’t have any customers so they were chanting "Let's go Lions, come and get your Lions gear." Their energy was
wonderful.
4 Section/Location: Kiosk Section 113 Time: 1:42PM
Ms. Shopper was in the area when a young man asked if she needed help. She indicated she was just looking. We started a conversation where he explained that he
was a volunteer. He later mentioned there were some sale items at the main store that I might be interested in looking at.
Supervisor
1 Section/Location: Kiosk Gate B Staff Name: Kimberly Time: 12:20PM
As Ms. Shopper was looking at the items for sale, Kimberly offered Ms. Shopper her assistance. She also informed Ms. Shopper of the main store located at the main
entrance Gate A. She continued to state the main location has a great selection and a sale rack. She even informed Ms. Shopper that the store is open during the
week and is less crowded. She was very informative and helpful.
2 Section/Location: Kiosk Section 226 Staff Name: Arena Time: 2:39PM
The cashier, Arena was assisting a guest with an exchange. It appeared that he wanted a different hat then the one he purchased. She was kindly working with him
as they figured out the situation. In the meantime, she acknowledged Ms. Shopper with a smile and stated, she would be with me in a moment. I felt like a valued
customer.
3 Section/Location: The Stadium Collection Time: 4:45PM
After Ms. Shopper participated in the Kids Touchdown run, she proceeded to The Stadium Collection. The store was open and had about 50 people were inside
browsing and purchasing items. Ms. Shopper was not approached by anyone to offer her assistance and she did not notice a game day item for sale at this location
or at the kiosks she visited during the day. She had to look at the Roster Card to see what the game day item was after she left the stadium for the day. It was not
apparent.
