5 Section/Location: Santa
Question
We had a great time taking a picture with Santa, along with many other fans, there was a Lions Employee helping to take pictures which we appreciated.

6 Section/Location: Text Assist - Video Board
The Text Assist Program banner is overshadowed by the main Video Board, not sure if it would make sense to have it come up on one of the Video Boards
periodically throughout the game.
Supervisor
1 Section/Location: Pride Plaza Time: 3:40PM
Pride Plaza was not as busy due to the cold temperatures. The heat lamps help. It is a fun area for fans to have some fun.
2 Section/Location: The Social at Gate D Time: 4:02PM
The Social at Gate D, was very busy at this time. Almost every table was occupied. Fans were enjoying themselves and the atmosphere was upbeat.

3 Section/Location: Smoking Section Gate D Time: 4:15PM
The smoking section near Gate D was clean and orderly. A SAFE member was present. Fans were talking with each other or on their phones.
4 Section/Location: The Social at Gate D Time: 4:48PM
When Ms. Shopper passed The Social at Gate D after the game had started, very few seats were occupied. Fans tend to gather before the game, but do not stay
once the game begins.

5 Section/Location: Comerica Gridiron Club Time: 4:57PM
Ms. Shopper entered the Comerica Gridiron Club and was surprised to see very few fans. There were about 10 fans sitting at the tables, a few more at the bar, but
most were ordering their beverage and then leaving the area. The area seemed to be very spacious and comfortable with the couches and large screen TV's.
