There were no fans at the retail kiosk when I was there. I asked about fan gear for pets, to which she told me to check The Stadium Collection, as they do not have a
large selection there at the kiosk.
2 Section/Location: 102 The Stadium Collection Time: 6:50PM
The staff seemed very helpful, although they were extremely busy since the store was very busy. People were actually waiting in line to ask the staff questions
(unsure if this was a staffing issue or if too many people were let in at once). Several people were asking if they had alternate clothing sizes available, to which I
heard them answer, 'No' each time.
3 Section/Location: 102 The Stadium Collection Time: 7:40PM
Ms. Shopper returned to The Stadium Collection after the game. There was no line to enter, but several fans were in the store. As Ms. Shopper looked at several
items, some staff members were helping other fans, other staff members were fixing displays but no one asked if Ms. Shopper needed assistance.

We waited in line for 5 minutes to get into the store. It was very crowded and difficult to walk through, fans said it was claustrophobic. The line to check out
exceeded the stanchions which added to the crowded feel of the store.

We asked Steven if there were any pet items for purchase. He let us know they did have a few items last year but sold out and didn't have anything this year. His
demeanor was very nice and polite.

The online store, detroitlionsstore.com, and mobile site have an easy to find women's section. This is not always the case for sites carrying team apparel. It was also
nice to see that there was a gift guide for the holidays.
