The staff member, India, was greeting those entering the retail area. She noticed Ms. Shopper looking at the hats and confirmed the price when Ms. Shopper asked.
India was willing to assist Ms. Shopper and others who were looking at various items.
2 Section/Location: 225 The Stadium Collection Kiosk Staff Name: Dorina Time: 5:13PM
The staff member, Dorina was also very helpful when Ms. Shopper approached the Kiosk. When asking about various items, Dorina was engaged in the conversation
and Ms. Shopper felt there was a willingness to help. Dorian was very pleasant.

3 Section/Location: 113 The Stadium Collection Kiosk Time: 5:40PM
Ms. Shopper was looking at the various items in the retail kiosk. She noticed almost all the items had a price tag, even the foam fingers were priced which she found
helpful. The woman staff member showed Ms. Shopper the clear drawstring bag was on sale. She also mentioned to Ms. Shopper many had been sold trying to
entice Ms. Shopper to purchase.
4 Section/Location: 102 The Stadium Collection Time: 7:30PM
Ms. Shopper recognized the nice display for the Holiday's with sweaters. It was very attractive.
5 Section/Location: 122 The Stadium Collection Kiosk Time: 7:45PM
As Ms. Shopper was walking out of the stadium, she noticed the retail staff member was cheerfully assisting a fan with a purchase.
RECOMMENDATIONS
The employee badges are very difficult to read in the retail stores. If they are facing the right way, then they are covered by the counter. Badges that
can be worn higher on their shirts would be much more helpful for the guests.

There was a large selection of clothing, however, a lot of the common sizes were out of stock.
I did not hear staff mention anything about the Game Day item to any fan.
It was fun to see the color rush items at the main store and kiosks throughout the stadium, it added to the unique feeling of that particular game, and I
would recommend always having "special" merchandise available.

It was nice to see some items for sale, everyone like to see a sale, so it would be nice if every game had some sale items.
