1 Section/Location: In front of Lot 4 Entrance Staff Name: Cody Time: 1:56PM
Mr. & Mrs. Shopper were stopped by the SAFE team member prior to entering Lot 4. A team member instructing them on the vehicle check process was wrapped
up in a coat and scarf and her information was not visible and left before Mrs. Shopper could get her name. She did a good job outlining the process and what to
expect. The vehicle was visually inspected, a mirror was used to check under the vehicle, the vehicle was checked by a police canine, and the tail gate was opened
and the cargo area was visually inspected. The shoppers had not experienced the last two procedures in past visits to Ford Field. Just before the Gate at Lot 4, Cody
asked Mrs. Shopper if the tailgate had been opened and the cargo area inspected.

2 Section/Location: Near Gate B / Pride Plaza Staff Name: Hiram Time: 2:09PM
Hiram caught Mrs. Shopper's oversized cloth bag as she and Mr. Shopper approached Pride Plaza from Lot 4. He told them they could take the bag into Pride Plaza
but not the stadium. He then described the type of clear bag that would be compliant and that he thought they could find one at the merchandise trailer in Pride
Plaza. Hiram was very friendly, personable, and cheerful and made a delightful first impression of Ford Field and the Lions and set a positive expectation for the rest
of the day.
3 Section/Location: Gate A Staff Name: James Time: 2:24PM
James was very friendly and pleasant when greeting Mrs. Shopper at Gate A. He found the water bottle in her clear bag even though it was partially covered by her
scarf. He politely asked her to throw the bottle away which she did. He then asked her to open her wallet while he looked inside it and did the same for a small bag
holding her brush and some Advil. He then thanked her for coming to Ford Field and to enjoy the game. Mrs. Shopper could not see James's name tag and when
she asked his name he took his glove off and shook her hand and introduced himself. Another positive interaction that reflected well on Ford Field and the Lions.

4 Section/Location: Gate A inside stadium atrium Staff Name: Antonio & Levi Time: 2:26PM
Antonio helped Mr. Shopper with the Flash Seat App when he acted like he didn't know how to use the app. Antonio then printed the tickets and wished the
Shoppers a good day and told them to enjoy the game. Levi then gave both Mr. & Mrs. Shopper the game day power rush jersey ornament. Both Antonio and Levi
were polite and helpful.
