5 Section/Location: 240 near Bud Light Zone Staff Name: Text Assist Time: 6:51PM
Question
Mrs. Shopper used text assist to report she had spilled her water near the Bud Light Zone outside section 240 and did not want anyone to slip on it. Text Assist
acknowledged her that her message had been received and was thanked for her assistance 1 minute later at 6:52 PM. She waited until 7:06 PM and did not see
anyone from housekeeping come to the area to attend to the spill. She then approached Joyei who was sweeping near the Bud Light Zone Bar tables and showed
her the spill. Joyei told her she would take care of it and got a couple of spill pads to soak up the water. Mrs. Shopper appreciated that she took care of it herself
and cleaned up the spill. It could have turned into a problem is someone had slipped on it while the crowd was leaving the stadium.

1 Section/Location: Gate A Staff: San'Drea Time: 3:30PM
Ford Field does a nice job of trying to catch guests with prohibited items before they enter the stadium. There was no wait to enter the stadium at Gate A. San'Drea
welcomed us to Ford Field, got us through security very quickly and told us to enjoy the game. Mr. Shopper's ankles were checked because he was wearing steel
toed boots.
2 Section/Location: Gate A Time: 3:30PM
One thing that we have noticed after attending many games at Ford Field, is that security does not verbally remind fans of the rules as they are waiting in the
security line or are approaching the metal detectors. We have noticed at Little Caesars Arena that the security is constantly yelling out to guests in line to remind
them to empty their pockets, what can't be brought in, etc. It is nice to have that verbal communication.
3 Section/Location: Smoking section near Gate D Time: 6:45PM
The smoking section was a little tricky to find. Once it was found, it was big and well lit, but there was quite a bit of trash on the ground.
4 Section/Location: elevators near gate D Time: 7:05PM
When Ms. Shopper attempted to use the elevators near Gate D, the elevator would not work. An employee noted that the elevator might be over capacity and
instructed everyone to 'jump'. After several attempts, the elevator would not move and Ms. Shopper elected to use the stairs instead.
5 Section/Location: Gate A Staff Name: Regina Time: 7:27PM
As Ms. Shopper was near the escalator near Gate A she approached Regina to ask for directions to Gate G. Regina with a smile and friendly tone pointed down the
hall past The Stadium Collection for the right way to go.
