Question
As two male fans entered the Miller Lite Tap Room and were looking for a place to sit, one of the fans was becoming upset that he could not find a seat. He began to
raise his voice. He then stood near Kevin looking for a place to sit along the glass. Kevin confronted this outspoken fan, the fan was getting louder. Kevin called for
additional backup and followed the guest out of the room. To Ms. Shopper this was an uncomfortable situation, but she also felt Kevin was taking a proactive
approach as she felt this outspoken fan would have caused trouble at some point.

As Ms. Shopper was exiting the stadium, Rodney did not make eye contact with the shopper as she was leaving. Chet, made eye contact with Ms. Shopper and
wished her a good night. It was a pleasant departure.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Mr. & Mrs. Shopper were impressed with level or friendliness and professionalism with the SAFE representatives at this game. It was noticeably
improved over the first game they attended in September. Whether it is due to training or just spending time on the job, keep it up. A good first
impression sets the tone for the whole game!
More verbal reminders to guests in line at security would be helpful.
Have staff outside to help organize the long lines before you enter the main doors.
I did not hear any of the security team members talking about the clear bag policy as we were walking up.
We received a giveaway when we entered the stadium, Lions holiday ornament, which was a very nice touch! We loved it and overheard fans talking
about how much they liked it as well.
