Security / SAFE Inspection

4 Section/Location: Gate B Time: 3:20PM
Question
Ms. Shopper entered through Gate B. The lines were very short. Ms. Shopper was stopped by the metal detector with a portable phone charger in her pocket and
her keys. The SAFE member had waived the ward across her jacket and asked Ms. Shopper to check her pockets. When she discovered her charger she placed it in
the tray, went through the detector and was cleared. The SAFE staff members were telling fans to place, keys, cell phones in the trays and to unzip their jackets.
Everything was running smoothly.

5 Section/Location: Top of Escalator near Blitz Staff Name: Richard Time: 3:36PM
Richard was outwardly asking fans if they needed assistance. Ms. Shopper was pleased to see his openness and his proactive approach to help direct fans.

6 Section/Location: Gate D - smoking section Time: 4:04PM
The smoking section is located in an unique area. There seems to be some confusion as to where the smoke area is and proceeding to the Miller Lite Tap room area.
Fans seem to ask fans and the SAFE members are directing fans. Before the game began, the smoking section was quite busy. Ms. Shopper noticed a SAFE member
present in the area. The large smoking receptacles were being used by the fans present.
7 Section/Location: Outside Elevators going to Suites Staff Name: Brad Time: 4:16PM
As Ms. Shopper exited the elevator Brad was assisting fans with directions and ensuring they had the proper credentials. He was very astute to his surroundings and
to the fans who were in the area.
8 Section/Location: Miller Lite Tap Room Staff Name: Kevin Time: 4:16PM
As Ms. Shopper noticed Kevin keeping a watchful eye on the fans who were seated along the glass and to the fans who were looking seating. He explained to Ms.
Shopper that fans typically come up to the Miller Lite Tap room an hour before the game begins to claim their seat.
9 Section/Location: Miller Lite Tap Room Staff Name: Keith Time: 4:33PM
Keith was keeping a watchful eye on the area closer to the door of the Miller Lite Tap Room. When asked if I could stand near the wall, he explained that I could.
When asked about the seating arrangements he stated where I could stand and where I could sit. He was hoping for a non eventful night. Ms. Shopper noticed one
group who was sitting at the countertop behind the standing room only area, became disappointed after the National Anthem when everyone was standing in front
of them and they would not be able to see the field.
