Question Shopper 1
1 Section/Location: Lions App Time: 12/8/17
On December 8th, we used the Lions App to see what seats were available. Limited seats were available, Ms. Shopper found 2 seats in section 106 available for a
total of $534.00. This seemed a bit high.
2 Section/Location: Ticketing Window near Gate A Staff Name: Brandon Time: 2:00PM
Mr. Shopper asked for his seats to be relocated due to Mrs. Shopper's knee pain to avoid climbing stairs. Brandon took care of the new tickets with no problem. He
was very helpful and provided a map to the new seat location and showed where the escalator was so Mrs. Shopper would not need to use the stairs to the section
239 ADA seats. The whole process took 6 minutes.
3 Section/Location: Ticketing Window near Gate A Staff Name: Chris Time: 3:14PM
Mrs. Shopper asked Chris at the ticket office if she could get to the relocated seats in section 239 ADA without using the stairs. He showed her on a map that the
escalator behind the ticket office would take her to the 2nd floor and the seats were not too far a walk from there.
4 Section/Location: Miller Lite Tap Room Staff Name: Kevin Time: 6:08PM
Mr. & Mrs. Shopper were able to visit the Miller Lite Tap Room during the 3rd Quarter. They had no problem entering with their passes. They were pretty full with
most of the spots around the large screen TVs taken and only a few open seats at the bar. Mrs. Shopper had no problem getting a water and a diet coke at the bar,
but she was surprised she had to pay for the coke. The Shoppers tried to watch the action on the field, but they could not get close enough to the railing to see
much. She could not get a good view of the field. They stayed for about 15 minutes during which Mrs. Shopper talked with Kevin who appeared to work in security.
He told her he thought there was a package you could purchase for food and drinks.

1 Section/Location: Will Call Staff Name: Helen Time; 3:31PM
Helen was very helpful and requested that ID be present in order to pick up tickets. She had Ms. Shopper sign for the tickets and ask if there was anything else she
could help with. The transaction was very efficient.

2 Section/Location: 234 Staff Name: David Time: 4:05PM
Ms. Shopper asked David about season tickets for next year and he was very detailed and knowledgeable about the season ticket packages. There seemed to be a
wide range of packages available from all price levels.
