Ms. Shopper observed a couple being relocated due to a health issue. They seemed frustrated at first but the man waiting on them did a good job of calming them
down and helping them get into different seats.
4 Section/Location: Miller Lite Tap Room Staff Name: Felicia & Kevin Time: 6:35PM
Upon entering the Miller Lite Tap Room, our tickets were not checked when we got off the elevator, so we could have gone into any of the suites, but Felicia
checked our tickets at the door to the club. She had us pour our beers into cups before we could enter. She was very nice. The club was very nice, and pretty busy.
There were no seats available to watch the game, but there were seats at tables to sit down and eat. We struck up a conversation with an employee, Kevin, who
was very friendly and took our picture. He let us know that the seats that have a view of the field are first come first served. Overall, the atmosphere was great and
people seemed to be having a good time up there.

I have used the Flash Seats app several times now and love it! It is great to not have to carry around hard copies of your ticket and not have to worry about
forgetting them at home or in the car. It is very easy to transfer tickets, also.
2 Section/Location: Club Level / 2nd Level
I spoke with a fan who is a season ticket holder. The gentleman owns a company and has purchased Lions season tickets for the last 10 years. He purchases 4 seats
on the club level every year. He said that the seats/views are amazing, the food is fabulous, and he really enjoys spoiling his clients by providing them with this VIP
experience!

I called Veritix inquiring about tickets for the Quick Lane Bowl. I waited 8 minutes and 40 seconds before I was able to speak to someone (called on Wednesday
afternoon around 3:15pm). Linda came on the phone and I told her the event I was looking for. She asked for me to explain what this event was and then asked
what day it was on. She put me on a brief hold and came back on the phone with ticket information. She mentioned that tickets range in price from $29 - $150
depending on the section. Linda was very polite. The phone call lasted over 13 minutes.
