We used the Flash Seats app to show our tickets, Chynna printed out physical tickets for us, she was very nice and hoped we enjoyed the game. As soon as we
entered we received the Lions ornament, no seat locator was printed for us.
2 Section/Location: Flash Seats App
Ms. Shopper transferred the tickets to Mr. Shopper using the Flash Seats app with no issue.
3 Section/Location: Ticket Sales
Spoke with Nathan about Suite Rentals for the Packers Game. This is a very popular game and on New Years Eve, Nathan was so nice and did not make Ms. Shopper
feel any way about the limited availability or pricing. He also explained that Lions games in general are more expensive than a lot of other leagues due to the fact
that they do not have as many home games. Very knowledgeable about what the package includes and also suggested calling when the schedule comes out in April
to get the most availability and best pricing.

1 Section/Location: Ticketing Time: game day
Several weeks before the game Ms. Shopper friends (both in their mid 30's) who were planning to go to the game. Even though they were planning to go to the
game, they waited to purchase their tickets the day of the game. There plan was to purchase through a scalper. After attending the game, Ms. Shopper asked how
they purchased their tickets they ended up purchasing on line to ensure they got into the stadium.
2 Section/Location: fordfield.com Time: 12/13/17
As of 12/13/17 there were standing room only ticket available for the game, which was impressive that this game was going to be popular.
3 Section/Location: Lions App
Ms. Shopper was looking for tickets to see what was available for this game. Ms. Shopper found the Lions App very easy to navigate through. She really liked when
the sections were highlighted showing seats were available. Then seating the actual seats in the section was very user friendly.
