         Ms. Shopper approached the ticket window inside the stadium near Gate G.  There was no line at the time.  Ms. Shopper asked Allyson if there were tickets
         available for the New Year's Eve game.  Allyson referred to her computer and to a handwritten note that seemed like she compiled with available seating.  She
         offered two lower level sections with the price over $100 each.  She also gave Ms. Shopper some other options in the 300 level.  When Ms. Shopper asked what the
         family zone was, she indicated it would be an area without drinking and the use of fowl language.  There were no seats available in this area for the New Year's Eve
         game.
         5                Section/Location: Miller Lite Tap Room
         When Ms. Shopper was in the Miller Lite Tap room, she felt some fans did not understand the concept completely as it is still new.  Two gentlemen walked into the
         room at kickoff looking for seats and there were none available to which you could see the field.  One was especially upset in which security had to remove from the
         area.
                                                                       RECOMMENDATIONS

         It would be nice if the ticketing personnel had maps they could give the fans to show where their relocated seats are and a route on how to get to
         them.  When both Mr. Shopper and Mrs. Shopper asked for directions, they were shown a map and verbally given directions but a map to take with
         you would be nice because sometimes you might not be going directly to your seat and could forget what they tell you!

         The wait time while on the phone with Veritix was longer than I would normally wait.

         The Flash Seats app is wonderful and I have already recommended it.  I really like the fact that the ticket taker prints off a seat locator also, just in case
         your phone dies or in case you are splitting apart from your group.

         It was such a great experience speaking with Nathan, he was very helpful and patient, which is not always the response you receive when calling
         ticketing offices.  I am not sure what his role is with the organization but if possible I would recommend that he be a part of any ticket sales training.
