The area around our seats in section 134 was very clean when we arrived.

The women's restroom outside section 134 was very messy and a toilet was overflowing. Again, no attendants were present. The garbage cans did not look like they
needed to be emptied.
5 Section/Location: Concourse Time: 7:00PM
The concourse was generally very clean throughout the game.
Shopper 3
1 Section/Location: 122 / Women's room Time: 6:30PM
The Women's restrooms seemed very clean and stocked in the beginning and middle of the game. Towards the end, supplies ran out, there was no toilet paper in
any stall. Guests who were already in the stalls were asking people to bring them paper towels.
2 Section/Location: Gate A and Gate G
Cleanliness of the entrance, corridors, and concourses all seem well maintained throughout the duration of the game.

3 Section/Location: 107 Concourse Staff Name: Jennifer Time: 7:31PM
As Ms. Shopper was walking down the concourse, Jennifer was actively cleaning as the fans were departing the stadium.
4 Section/Location: Faucets
Ms. Shopper felt it was difficult to thoroughly wash her hands since the faucet bar needs to be held down. The water does not stay on. Perhaps installing sensor
faucets would be more helpful.
