  Titles rated E10+ (Everyone 10 and older) have content that may be suitable for ages 10 and older. Titles in this category may contain more cartoon, fantasy or mild violence, mild language and/or minimal suggestive themes.

Titles rated T (Teen) have content that may be suitable for ages 13 and older. Titles in this category may contain violence, suggestive themes, crude humor, minimal blood, simulated gambling, and/or infrequent use of strong language.

Only with signed General Parent/ Guardian Permission Slip

 Titles rated M (Mature) have content that may be suitable for person’s ages 17 and older. Titles in this category may contain intense violence, blood and gore, sexual content and/or strong language.

   AO
 Titles rated AO (Adults Only) have content that should only be played by persons 18 years and older. Titles in this category may include prolonged scenes of intense violence and/or graphic sexual content and nudity

      Under no circumstance will any First-Person Shooter (FPS) style games or simulated gambling games be allowed to be played on any Game console or Computer system within the club facilities.
 Policy No. 305 – Sensitive Subject Permission
For any of the SMART programs (Meth SMART, SMART Girls, Passport to Manhood, etc.) or any program that covers sensitive topics like drug and alcohol use, puberty, sexual activity or violence, parent/guardian consent must be obtained for the member to participate in the program. Passive consent (parents/guardians return a form only if they do NOT want their child to participate; no form returned implies permission) may be used in program participation.
Policy No. 306 – Indoor Lunch and Snack
Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale may include food as a program component. This may be snack, lunch, or special program activity. When member meals are eaten indoors at the Club, all possible efforts should be made to have this activity done in non-carpeted areas with tables and chairs. Some Clubs have designated eating areas with booths for eating food. Other Clubs do not have these areas or there are times when Clubs with these areas cannot accommodate all members. Members should be discouraged from sitting on the floor to eat. Non-carpeted areas with chairs and tables such as art rooms
