OBJECTIVE:
Policy 101: Procedure Conflicts with Native Communities
In instances where Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale programs are
being held in facilities owned by another entity it is important to be aware of
any procedure conflicts, communicating these conflicts, as well as
documenting the resolution.
RESPONSIBLE PARTY:
PROCEDURAL STEPS:
Branch Director
Upon notification or identification of procedural conflict, Branch Director
must immediately notify COO. Communication should include detail about
conflict and suggested resolution when appropriate. COO will notify CEO
(and any other necessary parties) of conflict and receive agreement for
handling of conflict. COO will inform Branch Director of approved action to
be taken. Branch Director must then inform appropriate personnel from
Native Organization to ensure communication of conflict as well as
resolution. Communication must be accompanied by electronic
documentation and filed by both COO and Branch Director once resolved.
FREQUENCY/TIMING:
Prior to taking action, conflict must be reported, and instruction received.
