OBJECTIVE:
Policy 109: Safe Passage Policy
To ensure member safety, all members must be checked in and out of
the Club facility. This will ensure an accurate record of members in
attendance at any given time, as well as, document those who were
present during the program day.
RESPONSIBLE PARTY:
Front Desk Attendant
PROCEDURAL STEPS:
Upon entering the facility, every Club member must stop at the sign-in
station to be checked into Club. Each member must present Club Card,
ID number, or first/last name to personnel at the check-in station. Staff
must enter the member as present in the membership database through
scan or manual entry. Once entered, the member may proceed into Club.
For first time visitors, parent/guardian must complete enrollment process
and member ID number will be assigned. Member may attend if
completed paperwork and applicable fees are paid.
Teen visitors may visit (up to 5 visits) without full enrollment using Teen
Visitor Pass, completed emergency information, and parent/guardian
permission. Teen visits must be recorded as a facility guest.
Prior to exiting the Club facility, the member/teen visitor must be scanned
out of the facility through the membership database using Club card, ID
number, or first/last name. Member parent/guardian-approved pick-up
must report to sign-in station to collect youth. Parent/Guardian-approved
pick-up must remain at station for youth. Adults wanting to enter program
areas must check in as visitor and be given proper visitor
identification/name badge prior to proceeding to program areas.

Daily for all members upon entering and exiting.
