Policy 110: Teen Center Visit Policy
OBJECTIVE:
Teens have many options for their out of school time. Teens that have never
attended the Boys & Girls Club may want to try it before becoming a
member. Teen visitor opportunities may be used as a recruitment tool. Or a
teen visiting a family member may want to participate in a limited number of
visits to the Club teen program. Through the use of a visitor pass, teens can
visit a Club up to 5 times before official enrollment.

Club Teen Director
As an outreach activity, the Club may distribute Club visitor passes for teen
visits. To activate the visit pass, teens must bring an emergency contact
form completed with parent/guardian signature. Youth are eligible to
participate in Club activities during the visit and should be encouraged to
complete an official enrollment packet. The teen visitor is required to sign-in
to the teen program on each visit. Although a membership number will not
be distributed, guest sign-in/out is required. Club Teen Development
Specialist is responsible for monitoring visits to enforce the 5-visit rule.
