OBJECTIVE:
In the case of an emergency, it is critical for Boys & Girls Clubs of
Greater Scottsdale to follow a Crisis Communication Plan. This allows
the organization to 1) Speak with one voice, 2) Align what is said with
actions taken, 3) Respond Quickly, 4) Be open and honest, and 5)
Demonstrate care, concern, action, and perspective.

COO, HR Director, VP Marketing & Communications)
