            Media Engagement:
 Media statements can only be provided by approved personnel. The
 CEO is the organization’s spokesperson. All media inquiries should go
 to marketing/communications who will handle with CEO. If inquiry
 begins at the Club, provide the person with the contact for
 marketing/communications. Do not answer any questions or provide
 comment other than, “Hello, all media inquiries are handled through our
 Marketing and Communications Team, they can be reached at our
 administrative office.”
