Description: We play netball! Come along if you love playing the game. We will
look at what it takes to be a performance player by looking at the best
in the world and using video and other techniques to help us learn.
Learn
the art of flair and how we can build into our game. We will
prepare for the season ahead as individuals, units and teams.
Skills learnt: Leadership, working together, creative play and
performing under pressure.

Social Tennis (summer term only)

Time: Period 6

Open to: First Form – Second Form
Selection: First come, first served
MIC: Mr M Moir
Description: Game play and some limited
coaching to develop personally and
within a pair. Emphasis on doubles
play and strategy. Enjoyment and
improvement together, whatever your
level, will help to build confidence and
fitness.
Skills learnt: Serving, ground strokes,
volleys in line with your personal
commitment to progress.
