Steps on how to extract data

from Power BI tool

1) Login to your Snap Power account - The link to Snap Power can
be found on Compass - please contact support@snap.com.au
if you are having trouble accessing your account
2) Once logged in select the MARKETING tab at the very top of
the page
3) Select the date period from the commencement period of PSV
in your Centre - July 2017

4) Once the data has refreshed then hit the button SHOW
5) Hit the button DOWNLOAD - this will open into an Excel
spreadsheet with all client data
6) Go through the Excel spreadsheet and select up to 100 of your
top clients that you wish to target for this campaign
7) Save the data in Excel and email it to campaigns@snap.com.au
- please note: the cut off day for submission of databases is COB
