About the Campaign
Q: Why are we doing a campaign in July? Don’t we usually do
campaigns October / November?
As part of the 2017/2018 Marketing Roadmap there will be six campaigns
which will be run nationally each year. Please refer to the Marketing
Roadmap document for further information on the schedule of
campaigns.
Q: Why am I supplied with all printed materials including posters?
To ensure the success of the campaign we want to make this campaign as
easy as possible for all Centres to implement, therefore we have provided all
Point of Sale materials ready for you to place in your Centre.
Q: Are we doing a UMS drop for this campaign?
No, we have moved the UMS money into online and social media channels
instead, this is so we are more visible to a wider targeted audience.
Q: How do I know what finishes are sent to our clients on the direct mail
piece?
We have tagged all the pieces in the direct mail pack with the name and
finish of the product. This makes it easy for your clients to identify what finish
they are after and helps them to communicate this easily back to you at
Centre level.
Q: What is contained in the direct mail pack to clients?
The direct mail pack contains four pieces each with the following:
• Personalised cover sheet with client and Centre details
• Generic Scodix DL
• Generic Gold DL
• Generic Silver DL
Q: Why are the DL pieces generic?
For national coverage and production requirements national contact
details have been provided. Centre details are provided on the cover sheet
accompanying the samples, the same execution for last year’s national
Christmas campaign.
