HD: Heavy Duty (150% overload for 60 seconds every 300 seconds)
LD: Light Duty (110% overload for 60 seconds every 300 seconds)
(1) Kt : Derating factor for room temperature > 40°C up to 50°C (1.2% each °C higher than 40°C).
You can also set parameter IPA564 (default=40) to 50 to obtain automatic derating of 0.9.
(2) Kalt : Derating factor for installation at altitudes above 2000 meters a.s.l. Value to be applied = 1% each 100 m increase above 2000 m. (up to a maximum of 4000 m).
For example: Altitude 3000 m, Kalt = 1% * 10 = 10% derating; In derated = (100 - 10) % = 90 % In
(3) Kv Supply voltage derating should also be taken into consideration for installations over 2000 m above sea level (to ensure isolation). See figure below.
