AT-WILL Employment
        Cliff’s is an at-will employer. This means that regardless of any provision in this
        Employee handbook, either an employee or the company may terminate the employment relationship at any
        time, for any reason, with or without cause or notice. Nothing in this employee handbook or in any document or
        statement, written or oral, shall limit  the right  to  terminate employment at-will. No officer, employee or
        representative of the company is authorized to enter into an agreement—express or implied—with any employee
        for employment for a specified period of time unless such an agreement is in a written contract signed by the
        GM.

        Payroll
        Paydays are bi-weekly (every other Thursday); pay periods end the Friday prior to Payday. Cliff’s
        requires all Team Members direct deposit their paychecks into any checking’s/savings account of your choice
        or to utilize out Pay card option which works similar to a debit/credit card. The Pay Card also has separate
        fees associated with it as well as a pass code or phrase that the company issuing you with the card will ask
        you if you ever need to call them. When the associate asks you for your mother’s maiden name, you will need
        to provide “Cliff’s”.

        Pay Stubs
        Pay Stubs will be E-MAILED each pay period to an email address of your choice, they will be password
        protected with the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. Due to the amount of employees, the
        Administrative office is NOT able to print pay stubs.

        W-2’s
        W-2’s are available for pickup in the Administrative office by the second week of January. If they are not picked
        up, we will mail them to the address we have on file. It is your responsibility to update any change of address
        if you no longer have access. There will be a charge for any W-2 reprints as we have to order them from our
        payroll processing company. The most recent year is $17.65 and any previous years are $30.00 per year.

        Verification of Employment
        Written verification of employment will require 48-72 hours notice and will only be completed Wednesday-
        Friday.
