8. As can be seen from above Fig 16 (a), Indian exporters have faced a large
number of AD measures from 1995 to 2017. The above gures depict that
there is increase in the ADD & CVD measures against exports from India
until 2004. However, from 2004 to 2009 in ADD and from 2004 to 2015
in CVD, India has seen the downward trend. From 2010 in ADD and 2016
in CVD India has seen increasing trend in the ADD and CVD Investigations.
